Good to know

How do I choose the right size?+

Measure your pet from nose to tail while they are lying down, then add about 10–20 cm. Curl-up sleepers can go a little smaller; pets who stretch out need a bigger bed. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.

Round bed, enclosed house or flat mat – which is best?+

Pets who curl up and like to feel held love round beds. Shy or cold-sensitive pets often prefer enclosed houses. Dogs who sprawl and pets who run warm are happiest on flat mats or sofa beds.

Can I wash it?+

Many of our beds and mats are washable. For best results, wash on a gentle cycle in cool water and air-dry. Always follow the care notes on the product page for each item.

My pet won’t use the new bed. Any tips?+

Place it where your pet already likes to rest, add a blanket or toy that smells familiar, and reward them with a treat when they step in. Most pets settle in within a few days.
