1. About us

MyPetiny is an online store selling beds, mats, clothing and accessories for dogs and cats. Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses directly to you.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a pricing or listing error occurs, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If this happens after you have paid, you will receive a full refund.
You can cancel an order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Contact us at mypetiny@gmail.com with your order number.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, and cannot be applied to orders after they are placed.
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

4. Product information

We do our best to show product colors, sizes and details accurately. Because screens differ and items are measured by hand, small differences in color or size (around 1–3 cm) may occur. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the country of origin may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to MyPetiny or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Our products are intended for normal use by pets under supervision. Please check items regularly for wear and remove any damaged product. To the extent permitted by law, MyPetiny is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
